Throat is okay, but runny nose and general tiredness is worse =___=
DAY 9
Visiting workplaces basically all day. In order, we went to Turtle Concepts, Red Cross, United Way (known to us french speakers as Centraide), Community Living Algoma, Bushplane Museum, SSMarie Hospital and Searchmont Ski resort.
Hospital woman chattered too freagin much and by then i was soo tired and unwell that everything completely flew over my head. I skipped costumes shopping at Value Village to take a hot sower and nap. *death* evening pretty uneventful, apart form a lot of tension and uncertainty and worry about job placements, since a lot of peoplel wanted the same positions. Group mediation did a world of good. Cayley and others went out at night for a walk and got me some Cold FX med which is working, because i slept well and felt soo much better this morning.
DAY 10
Interview day!! Woke up bright(or rather, dark!) and early and went to city hall for job interviews. More of a placement formality than actual interviews since we inevitably would get placed regardless. We took turns to go to the 7 workpartners and have a talk. Sometimes it was awkward since we got along well but that mightn’t have been the place we were interested in working in.
I wanted to got CLA, which involves working with disabled people and helping them in activities and ensure they can be as normally integrated into community life as they can. All went well, i think.
Went to Tim Hortons for lunch as we were all tired and hungry when we came out and no one wanted to bother cooking.
Twas a really warm and sunny day. Surprisingly so.
Afternoon was bread-baking and free time for me. Tonight is HALLOWEEN!!
We are doing food drive for “Pauline’s Place” (youth shelter), so that’s kinda exciting. I’m gonna be lazy and wear my bunny hat and all white. 8D Bunny!!

I’m house manager with Charles for next week. OH GOD COOKING! Called mom for help~ XD
EDIT: Major drama over at St-Joes. Something about Jacinthe leaving and now coming back. WHAT’S GOING ON??!! *hides from drama* *clings to my group* D8

HALLOWEEN TRICK-OR-TREATING WAS EPIC! Everyone gets really into it here, not like in MTL where ppl lose interest and don’t care anymore… We only did about 2 streets and got soo much candy in addition to the cans. Almost every house was decorated and they were all super generous. Damn, where was the Soo during my childhood Hallowens? XD
